How much will this cost?
World of Wireless strives to keep costs low so that repairing your phone is a cost efficient solution.

You can get a quote on a repair in one of three ways:
1. You can go to the contact us page with questions.

2. You can give us a call (1-877-WOW-PAGE) between 10am-8pm CST M-F, 10am-6pm on Saturday or 12pm-5pm on Sunday. Ask for Bryan.

3.  Fill out the online repair form and our repair center will respond within 24 hours.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
No. Once we receive your phone we will cover shipping back to you. We use UPS Ground Shipping. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

How do I pay for the repair?
Because every repair is different, we cannot take payment until the repair is completed. When we receive your phone, a representative will contact you with a quote and will ask for payment preauthorization.

Does the estimated price include labor?
All prices include parts and labor.

How long will the repair take?
Most repairs can be completed within three days (same day repair is available for most phones). However, we will occasionally have to order parts or software for the repair. In this situation your repair may take 10 to 14 days. In rare circumstances the repair may take longer.

What is your warranty policy?
Most non-liquid damage repairs are covered for 30 days*. If you should find that the same problem persists after paying for the repair, we will take it in for a warranty repair free of charge. The customer must fill out a warranty repair form and submit copies of their receipts with the phone.   *Physical damage is not covered by our warranty policy.
